Appearence[]
Pelagius has brown hair with a steampunk themed outfit. He wears a nomadic steampunk headband and steampunk headphones. His left arm is artificial and mechanic. His weapon is an axe with the blade alike a gear. Two smaller daggers are on the 'blunt' side of the axe.

LMB (Clocked Out) - Pelagius swings his axe.
E (Wound-Up Friend) - Creates a tiny robot companion that protects him, shooting any enemy that nears it with a rapid fire. If approached too closely, the robot self destructs, damaging the opponent. [Cooldown per robot: 4] [Max robots: 5]
R (The First Gear) - Transforms the axe's blade, creating a large, horizontal circulating saw around him. [Cooldown after despawn: 8 seconds]
F (A Blink In Time) - Activates the small time travel device on his mechanical arm, temporarily messing with time and causing a bright flash of light. Automatically stuns the enemy for 2-3 seconds. If the enemy is inside of the area light flashed, movement speed is temporarily slowed. If an ally is inside the area light, movement speed is temporarily increased. [Cooldown: 10 seconds]
Personality[]
Pelagius is an inventor with a weird obsession with time. He never seems to rest because of his constant aspiration to create. However, his lack of sleep severely affects his health, causing him to easily become ill and ridiculously pale. Pelagius, despite his busy attitude, often digs into people's business. His goal is to use up his time through gathering information. Pelagius' main goal is to create a working time machine powerful enough to help him and his allies.
